The sender address printed on your shipping label is not our return address. Any parcels sent back to this address will not be received or processed.

🚚 Package Not Delivered? We Offer a Reship

If your package has not been delivered and the Track & Trace information shows no movement for 20 consecutive days, we offer a reship (free replacement shipment).

Why a 20-Day Waiting Period?

In our experience, some shipments are temporarily delayed by the courier but still arrive eventually. To avoid unnecessary waste or duplicate shipments, we apply a standard 20-day waiting period before approving a reship.
